Local-first CRM

A video editor CRM that lives on your machine.

Sales CRMs are built for teams closing enterprise deals. Freelance editors need something smaller and tougher: where every DM went, what each lead's budget looked like, who owes you a reply, and which niche actually books.

Orty Log is that — a 7-stage pipeline stored entirely in your Windows user folder. No account, no sync, no subscription. Export the whole thing as one zip whenever you want.

Seven stages that match how editing deals actually flow

New → Contacted → Replied → Sample Sent → Negotiating → Booked → Closed. Every prospect you score moves through the same path, so at any moment you know exactly where each relationship stands — and which stage leaks the most.

Upgrading from a spreadsheet or an older export? Orty auto-migrates your existing CSV into the pipeline on first run, matching columns instead of making you re-type forty leads.

Every lead carries its own context

  • Notes — what they said, what they post, which sample they loved. Future-you needs this mid-conversation.
  • Budget field — what they hinted at spending versus what you quoted. Over time this is the single most valuable column a freelancer can keep.
  • Follow-up dates — "check back Friday" becomes a real reminder instead of a memory.
  • Score history — the original 1–10 fit rating sits beside the outcome, so you learn which kinds of leads were worth it.

Insights computed from your own results

Personal Insights reads your local pipeline and answers the questions freelancers actually ask: What's my reply rate? What share of replies turn into bookings? Are my scores predicting outcomes or flattering me? All computed locally in plain code — no AI, no uploads, works offline.

Exit-ready by design

One click exports your entire workspace — CRM, settings, logs — as a single zip. API keys are never included in the export. Import it on another machine and continue exactly where you left off. If Orty disappeared tomorrow, your client history wouldn't notice.

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly is my CRM data stored?
In your Windows user profile folder, on your machine. No cloud, no sync server, no account. Trust Settings → View My Data opens a window showing every file and value Orty holds, any time you want to check.
Can I bring in leads from another tool?
Yes — Orty auto-migrates standard CSV exports into the pipeline, mapping columns like name, handle, status, and notes. Whole-workspace zip imports are also supported for moving machines.
Is the CRM limited on the Free tier?
No. The full 7-stage CRM — add, edit, delete, statuses, notes, export — is included free forever. Free caps lead rating (5/day) and Co-Pilot messages, not your client history.
