This policy is written to be fair to both sides and clear enough that you know exactly where you stand before you buy.
The short version
Orty comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are issued if the installer fails to run or the core features do not work as described. Refunds won't be issued for AI-drafted content you're personally unsatisfied with, since output quality depends on your own API key usage and the information you provide about your business.
1. What's covered
If OutreachRater-Setup.exe fails to run on your Windows 10/11 machine, or if one of the core features (Rate, Batch, Log, Co-Pilot, Long Form, Self-Healing, Profile) doesn't work as described on this website, you're covered. Email getorty@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund.
2. What's not covered
Refunds will not be issued for AI-drafted content you're personally unsatisfied with. The quality of the emails, ratings, and audits Orty generates depends on two things you control: which Groq and Gemini models and keys you use, and what you tell the app about your business, your portfolio, and your rate card. Orty can't guarantee the output of a third-party AI model running under your own account.
