Cold email AI

Cold emails that quote your actual rates.

Every AI email generator has the same flaw: it will happily write “I'd love to help with your content for $150” even when you charge $600. For a freelancer, one sent email like that poisons the whole relationship — and your market's perception of your rates.

Orty's generator is architecturally incapable of that mistake. It drafts from your rate card, your saved wins, and the prospect's real content — then hands you the edit before anything goes anywhere.

Grounded in your rate card — structurally

Co-Pilot doesn't treat prices as creative suggestions. The drafting step receives your rate card as fixed constraints: what you charge per format, your minimums, your turnaround. Its instructions say, in effect: quote from this card or don't mention numbers at all. The result section of every spec sheet says it plainly — invented prices: never.

Personalization comes from evidence, not vibes

  • Their content — the bio, screenshot, or audited video you attached supplies the opening reference. Fitness tutorials get form-cue overlays; podcasts get audiogram fixes.
  • Your wins — the Profile tab stores past results (“retention up 38% on a fitness series”) that drafts can cite honestly.
  • Their language — when a prospect replies, Co-Pilot drafts responses anchored to what they actually said, not a template pretending to listen.
  • Niche skeletons — starting structures per niche exist so you never face a blank page — but specifics always override boilerplate.

Compliance handled without thinking about it

Every email Orty helps you send gets a CAN-SPAM-compliant footer automatically: your physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe reference. You stay focused on the pitch; the legal plumbing attaches itself. On Pro, sending happens directly from Co-Pilot through your own Resend or SMTP connection — one recipient at a time, after your eyes approved every line.

Draft, edit, log — the whole loop

Copy the draft to your mail client (free tier) or send directly (Pro). Either way the lead, the draft, and the outcome land in your pipeline automatically — so next month you can see which openers got replies and which got silence. Outreach Diagnostics reads those results and tells you what to change.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI-written cold emails land in spam?
Spam placement is driven far more by sending behavior than wording: volume, velocity, and list hygiene. Orty sends one reviewed email to one recipient — no blasts, no warmed-domain tricks — and appends compliant footers. Deliverability still depends on your mailbox reputation, which is exactly why Orty refuses to act like a blaster.
Can it write follow-ups too?
Yes — paste what the prospect replied and Co-Pilot drafts the next message with your rate card still locked in. Scheduled auto-follow-up sequences don't exist in Orty by design; chasing someone seven times automatically is how editors end up blocked.
Does it fabricate results or testimonials?
No. Claims come from your Profile tab — rates, services, and wins you entered yourself. If you haven't written a stat down, the draft won't invent one to sound impressive.
